They hurt about 90% less than the standard machine tattoos. This means we can do longer sittings and finish most tattoos in one go.

  • Do not wrap the tattoo.
  • Wash as normal with a gentle soap. Swimming is fine, the next day.
  • Do not use sun beds for two weeks, however natural sunbathing is fine.
  • Please avoid the gym for 72 hours.
  • No body scrubs or massages over the tattoo for two weeks. The rest of the body is fine. You only need to avoid the tattooed area.
  • Avoid creams and lotions on the tattoo for 72 hours as on occasion they can cause irritation. A thin layer of plain baby oil is fine if it feels dry. Don’t use any baby oil with added extras such as lavender or aloe vera.
  • Do not scratch the tattoo if it becomes itchy. You can rub it gently if you need to.
  • For facial tattoos, please don’t use Botox or filler or any other such products for 1 month.

No. None at all. You can literally get up, go out and show of your new piece of art.

No. They hold their colour very well and much better than machine tattoos as the ink has not been diluted with your blood throughout the procedure.

Yes. Just like with the machine we can add any colours you want. We have a huge selection of over 100 vegan inks.

Absolutely. The bamboo method is great for cover ups. Since the colour is often stronger and brighter we can cover all tattoos and quite often with colour too if you want.
